Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lensora platform and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Lensora Ltd, a company registered in Sweden (Company No. 559580-5135), with its registered office at Värmdö Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Lensora provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that simulates AI model queries, measures business visibility in AI-generated responses, and provides recommendations for improving that visibility ("Generative Engine Optimisation" or "GEO").

The Service includes the web application, API, reports, and any related documentation. Features vary by subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency.

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information - Keep your password confidential and secure - Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account - Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription covers the number of users specified in your plan.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to plan features. A valid payment method is required at signup; you will not be charged until the trial ends.

Paid subscriptions: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Prices are as published on our pricing page and may vary by plan and billing period.

Billing cycles: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Taxes: Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. VAT will be added to invoices for UK customers.

You may not use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party - Submit or process data relating to individuals without appropriate consent - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service - Use automated scraping or crawling of the Service beyond the API limits - Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our written permission - Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose - Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data - Overload our infrastructure through abuse of the API or simulation engine

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, without notice or refund.

Our IP: The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, reports, and content generated by Lensora, is owned by Lensora Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

Your data: You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (your website URLs, business information, etc.). By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

Our Privacy Policy (lensora.io/privacy) governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. You must have a lawful basis for submitting any personal data to our platform.

Service provided "as is": The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Accuracy of AI simulation results: Our simulation results reflect the responses of third-party AI models at the time of simulation. AI models change frequently. We do not guarantee that simulation results will exactly match what a user would receive from a given AI platform.

No guarantee of results: Improvements in Visibility Score depend on many factors, including your implementation of our recommendations, third-party AI platform behaviour, and competitor activity. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensora's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Service integrates with and depends on third-party services including AI model APIs, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those parties' own terms of service.

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until then.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@lensora.io. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
